Information you choose to share
The enquiry forms collect your name, email, selected services, project description and any optional company, phone, budget or timeline details you provide. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the proposed work.
Submitting your enquiry
The main form action sends your enquiry through our server-side email endpoint. The current delivery integration uses FormSubmit; the code also supports a configured Resend account. These services process submitted details to route the enquiry to the Remotevence inbox. FormSubmit may retain submissions pending inbox activation. We do not ask you to provide payment details or sensitive personal records in the form.
Your draft
The guided project form stores its draft in session storage in your browser tab. The short contact form does not retain a draft. A successful submission clears the guided draft. You can close the tab or clear browser storage to remove a local draft.
Email and WhatsApp alternatives
Optional links let you contact us through your email application or WhatsApp. When you use these options, the relevant provider’s privacy practices also apply.
Photography and portfolio
Editorial photographs illustrate service categories. They are not presented as portraits of Remotevence staff or premises. Portfolio screenshots show the websites you can visit through their external links.

For a question about information shared in your enquiry, email remotevence@gmail.com. The website remains private for review until public release is approved.
